Responsibilities

Be the face of the guest’s final experience: You’ll handle guest billing with accuracy and courtesy, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a sense of being cared for. Manage daily cash and billing operations: Handle cash, card, and digital payments through our POS system; balance end-of-day cash and reports accurately. Coordinate with the floor and bar teams: Work closely with servers, bartenders, and managers to ensure smooth order flow, timely billing, and great guest service. Maintain billing accuracy and transparency: Ensure all orders are correctly entered and billed; handle queries or corrections with professionalism and integrity. Support operational efficiency: Help with daily reconciliation, maintain organized records, and ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and accounts.
