Person needs to be well versed in MS-Office. Excellent communication skills -both verbal and written. Self driven and motivated to achieve organization's goals. Some one who can don multiple hats and flip between the roles of Admin, Accounting, Sales and Relationship Management. Should be able to manage a team. Should be able to deliver prompt and accurate reports.
