Communication Handling Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Handle inquiries from clients, customers, and vendors Take messages and ensure timely communication Administrative Support Manage appointments, meetings, and schedules Maintain records, files, and documents (physical and digital) Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services Office Coordination Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and office staff Assist HR or management with basic administrative tasks Data & Reporting Update databases, contact lists, and attendance records Prepare simple reports or daily logs as required Customer Service Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when necessary Ensure a positive first impression of the company Security & Compliance Follow company policies and confidentiality guidelines Monitor access control and ensure office security procedures
