Act as the primary point of contact for VIP customers and handle all inquiries promptly and professionally. Coordinate special requests, reservations, upgrades, and exclusive services. Maintain strong relationships with VIP clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction. Monitor client preferences and maintain detailed records for personalized service delivery. Collaborate with internal departments (operations, sales, front office, concierge, etc.) to ensure smooth service execution. Handle complaints or issues with urgency and discretion. Identify opportunities to enhance the VIP experience and suggest service improvements. Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Assist in organizing VIP events, meetings, and exclusive experiences when required.
