We're hiring a Data Operator (Fresher) to join our Stores Department. This is a great opportunity for someone just starting out no prior experience required, just a willingness to learn and a good eye for detail. In this role, you’ll be responsible for keeping our inventory data accurate and up to date. You’ll work closely with the stores and warehouse teams to ensure everything is recorded properly, helping the department run smoothly. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel. Good typing skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and take initiative. Team player who can follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment. Some familiarity with inventory software or ERP systems is a bonus

Responsibilities

Enter and update inventory data in our software or spreadsheets. Keep accurate records of all items received, issued, and returned. Help prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports. Match physical stock with digital records to ensure everything aligns. Support the team in tracking and recording incoming and outgoing materials. Report any errors or mismatches in the data to your Manager. Assist with labeling and organizing inventory when needed. Handle data responsibly and follow internal processes for security.
