Eligibility for the Post of Principal Vacancy

| Bachelors and Masters Degree in appropriate branch of Fine Art (Applied Art, Painting and Sculpture) or equivalent with First Class or equivalent either in Bachelors or Masters Degree. Ph. D or equivalent in appropriate discipline. Minimum of 10 years experience in Teaching/Industry/Research, out of which, 3 years shall be at the level of Professor OR Minimum of 13 years experience in Teaching and/or Research and/or Industry. Note: In case of research experience, good academic record and books/research paper publications/Intellectual Property Rights/patents record shall be required as deemed fit by the Selection Committee. If the experience in industry is considered, the same shall be at managerial level equivalent to Professor level with active participation record in devising/designing, developing, planning, executing, analyzing, quality control, innovating, training technical books/research paper publications/Intellectual Property Rights/patents, etc. as deemed fit by the Selection Committee. Flair for Management and Leadership is essential Post Ph. D. publications and guiding Ph. D. students is highly desirable. | Knowledge of Konkani Desirable Knowledge of Marathi | 50 years |
