Job Description

The Admin Assistant will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring operational efficiency, effective coordination between departments, and adherence to administrative and facility standards. This role requires maturity, discretion, and the ability to manage responsibilities independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

Oversee office and facility operations, including maintenance, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and operational standards. · Act as a central point of coordination between internal departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow continuity. · Manage office supplies and services, including procurement, inventory monitoring, and coordination with vendors and service providers. · Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records, documentation, and databases. · Draft, manage, and maintain official communication such as emails, notices, reports, and internal memos as required. · Monitor office equipment and ensure timely coordination for maintenance or servicing. · Handle incoming communication professionally and direct matters appropriately. · Manage assigned administrative and operational processes with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency. · Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure timely follow-through without the need for constant supervision.
