Full Time- We are seeking a **Customer Support Executive** to join our growing STAAH team. The role is non-technical but requires a good understanding of using technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, managing customer interactions, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams.
Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth setup of STAAH services. Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries. Coordinate with the Partner Services and Sales team within India to resolve client needs. Upsell and cross-sell STAAH products to existing customers. Communicate effectively with clients through phone calls, emails, and business updates. Provide solutions and ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
