Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to support and coordinate large-scale projects across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, hands-on project execution experience, and the ability to work with senior stakeholders. Eligibility Criteria 10–15 years of experience as a Project Coordinator / Project Engineer / Project Support role Graduation in Engineering / Management or relevant discipline Strong communication and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools Experience in industries such as Infrastructure, Construction, EPC, IT, Manufacturing, or Corporate Projects Preferred Skills Exposure to large or multi-location projects PMP / PRINCE2 certification (preferred but not mandatory) Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end project activities and ensure timely execution Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, MIS reports, and documentation Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and clients Track project progress, milestones, risks, and issues Support Project Managers in budgeting, planning, and resource coordination Ensure compliance with company policies, quality, and safety standards Conduct review meetings and prepare MOMs and status reports
