Revenue Optimization: Implementing sales techniques to maximize occupancy and room rates. Customer Service: Promptly responding to inquiries, handling VIP requests, and resolving issues to ensure a smooth guest experience. System Upkeep: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date database information. Reporting: Preparing, analyzing, and forecasting occupancy reports, trends, and statistics. Coordination: Working with front office and other departments to align operations. Requirements typically include a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or Tourism, 2+ years of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS)
