Responsibilities

Handle guest communication via calls, messages, and internal communication groups Respond to booking related inquiries and assist guests with necessary information Follow up with guests to confirm bookings and ensure satisfaction Coordinate with internal teams and service partners for smooth operations Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and bookings Support daily sales coordination and reporting tasks Resolve guest queries in a timely and professional manner Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
